Our simple fee structure is typically a percentage of rent collected. There's no start-up fee and no fee for filling a vacancy. There's also no fee when a unit is vacant and no fee if a tenant doesn't pay. Maintenance and repairs are done by independent contractors so that there's never a conflict of interest.
